Well no doubt Malayalam cinema is perfecting its technical side. For the film Zachariyayude Garbhinikal, sources say that not one but three prosthetic tummies of different sizes were brought in from China.This was for each of the five actresses- Rima, Geetha, Sandra Thomas, Sanusha and Asha Sharat.
